We understand that circumstances arise that do not allow you to keep your appointment, but please remember to be courteous to us and our other clients by calling or rescheduling online 24 hours prior to your appointment to cancel if you cannot make it.

As the nature of our business, we reserve a minimum of 1 hour exclusively for your service therefore cancellations within 24 hours will result in you forfeiting your deposit made at your appointment.
